Mozzle Domain Name Standard 2.30

January 21st, 2004 by Erich Kolb

Mozzle is a comprehensive program for searching currently available domain names and providing you with links to domain name registration websites. Offering two search options, Simple and Advanced, Mozzle is easy to use and navigate. There are over 400 domain name types (.com, .co.uk, .net etc) to choose from, covering the whole world. In the simple search, you select the domain types you wish to search, enter the words or phrases you want to search for, and simply hit Search. You will be given a maximum of 200 results. The Advanced search allows you to specify the order in which you wish words to appear in your domain name, and eliminate combinations of words you don’t want. For example, you may want to search for ‘farmfreshfoods’, but not have names such as ‘freshfoods’ returned. By placing words in different boxes, Mozzle will only return combinations of interest to you. Mozzle also comes with a list of the latest news relating to domain names and Mozzle itself - click a headline to be taken to the full story. These stories are updated at regular intervals. With more and more domain names being registered daily, a program like this can remove a lot of the headaches involved with finding an appropriate internet URL. Visit Site

MyTop

January 21st, 2004 by Erich Kolb

mytop is a console-based (non-gui) tool for monitoring the threads and overall performance of MySQL 3.22.x, 3.23.x, and 4.x servers. It runs on most Unix systems which have Perl, DBI, and Term::ReadKey installed. And with Term::ANSIColor installed you even get color. As of version 0.7, it even runs on Windows (somewhat). Visit

Want to get your site listed on the major search engines?

January 20th, 2004 by Erich Kolb

Im working on a project that will allow you to submit your website to multiple search engines at once. I know this has been done by other people several times before, but it hasn’t been done by me. If you are curious, or have a website you want to add to Alexa, AltaVista, MSN, Google, AllTheWeb, Splat, Subjex, MixCat, SearchIt, and TrueSearch, go Submit Your Site

Free $8.95/year Domain Name Reseller Accounts

January 20th, 2004 by Erich Kolb

I have recently reached an agreement with eNom.com allowing me to setup “sub-reseller” accounts where you can purchase domain names for yourself or for your customers at a discounted rate. Once you have created your account, you have full eNom technology partner permissions. Access to their API, PDQ, etc. will allow you to setup your own “white-label” domain name registration site. And as always, support is included for as long as you choose to use the reseller account. If you are interested, please let me know.

Free Weblog Hosting

January 20th, 2004 by Erich Kolb

I am currently venturing into the world of weblog hosting. I have a bunch of servers already setup, and I am going to dedicate a couple for free hosting. This is full featured hosting. Including unlimited email addresses with optional spam protection, 10mb of space (enough to old an average of about 10,000 posts), detailed traffic statistics, state of the art control panel, and much, much more. If you are interested in hosting your weblog on extremely fast ad-free servers, send me an email.
