After searching to no end, I have discovered that there really are no usenet groups dedicated to WebLogging. Therefore, I am going to take it upon myself to try and start one or more usenet newsgroups devoted to the weblog community. I will try to keep everyone posted on the steps I am taking to do this. Please let me know what you think!
